In every job I’ve been in there has been the threat of the Mystery Shopper: a person employed by the employer to gauge customer service and sales skills of an advisor at random.  It had never happened to me until my present job.  I got 91%. That’s the second highest the branch has ever had.

Trust me, they picked the excepted time to call, not the rule.
